The inauguration of Phase 1 – Saigon Pearl

After 5 years of developing, a magnificent project has risen from a swamp, thousands of apartment & hundreds of villas are now casting their reflection on Saigon River.

According to Mr. Dinh Ngoc Ninh – General Director of SSG Group, the remaining Sapphire Tower ( 120mil USD – 526 apartments) are in fit-out stage, will be completed by October 2010 and 50% remaining apartment will be launch on June 2011.

Built on 10,36 ha by Saigon River, on Nguyen Huu Canh street, Saigon Pearl consists of 8 residential towers (37 stories), hotel & office towers, international school & commercial center, marina & facilities with total investment of 750mil USD. As by May 2010, Saigon Pearl was been nearly complete in a journey that the developer – SSG Group call a very challenging experiment. Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Ninh also calls those challenges as precious experience and foundation for further developing of SSG Group & partners.

Phase 1 also is completion of inter project infrastructure network, health club with swimming pool, riverbank, park, children playground, international school, service-retail podium. Even situated next to the CBD, Saigon Pearl still have plenty of precious greeneries covering 12,35% of the whole project buffering between roads, towers & villas, bordering the river, creating an oasis in the middles of the most busting city of Vietnam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Projects within Saigon Pearl to be continued in 2010 & 2011:

    • Open 1st school year of International School Saigon Pearl on August 2010, total investment of 300bil VND on 10,000GFA.
    • Open service retail podium on the podium of Topaz & Sapphire Tower on 8,000 m².
    • Wellspring Saigon International School (primary & secondary) with total investment of 350bil VND. First school year expected to start Q3/2011.
    • Marina & River Club (total investment 400bil VND).
    • Ground breaking hotel, office towers and commercial center (total investment 300mil USD).
