The BCI Asia Top 10 Developers provides an overview of the regional building and construction industry by recognizing the top developers that had the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia. The winners of 2013 are identified as the firms with the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year by the extent of their sustainability and confirmed local green building ratings.

At night 31-5-2013, 5 star Nikko hotel (at the complex Royal Centre, Dist. 1, HCMC), SSG Group honored with “BCI Top 10 Developer Award 2013- Vietnam” as one of nine coordinate firms. The chairman of BCI Asia, Dr Matthias Krups, handed out award to whom its representatives.
